R.I.C. was created in 1991 to be a small real estate brokerage company that provided a very high level of service to it’s clients. The Principal Broker, Shep Saltzman, has also worked in mortgage banking since 1985. Mr. Saltzman was one of the founders of Mortgage Investment Corporation, which has become Access National Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of Access National Bank. R.I.C. works with only a few clients at a time to ensure that each client receives the time and energy required to fulfill their real estate goals. Shep Saltzman – Principal Broker- 25 years combined experience as a real estate and mortgage broker. My specialty is offering a very high level of service and expertise. I maintain a small company by choice. My clients are not handled by assistants. My main partner is my wife, Barbara Balsamo. When I handle the listing and purchase of real estate simultaneously, I offer substantial discounts.
